If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us via email or written message within a maximum of 31 days after fitting or sale. This is due to human hair being a consumable item during wear.
We will not accept faults with hair if the hair extensions have been colored, sliver
shampooed, tinted or chemically damaged; Although we offer limited color work in the salon, this is done by our expert staff and at our risk.
Home dyeing and changes are done at your own risk. Over use of products like sliver
shampoo on weft tops can lead to the wefts shedding.
We will not be held responsible for any extensions that have been exposed to excessive heat damage by the customer. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition
deteriorates due to poor hair management. This includes the use of excess heat, ghds, over toning and matting from not brushing correctly.
We will not be held responsible for hair that has been damaged while on holiday, including exposure to heat, hotel water, pool and sea water, exposure to sun cream and tanning oils. We do not recommend hair extensions are worn while on holiday but for those who are happy too, blonde extensions are highly likely to change in tone and are more likely to incur damage. It is common for extensions to change in tone over long periods of time due to products used and regular heat styling. Any custom coloring done in salon to our
extensions will fade over time. Maintaining the color will be your responsibility and done at your cost.
All Tailor Made Extensions are 100% remy human hair with a hair cuticle in place OR virgin hair. This means the hair extensions can become damaged the same as natural hair so it is strongly advised to invest in high quality salon products and to follow all aftercare advice to prolong the life of your hair extensions. All life spans given on any range is a guide only, based on using good products and aftercare. We only recommend using salon range
products on hair extensions to keep them in their best condition. We can offer advice about high street brands however they are not recommended for outstanding hair results.
Our Russian hair range is Virgin hair. Each ponytail or hand tied weft sold will vary from piece to piece depending on the donors hair. They may have different textures,color tones or waves. Virgin hair is non refundable and non-exchangeable. Virgin hair will not be
considered faulty due to it being a natural unprocessed product.

Appointments and Payments We accept cash and card, payment to be made on your
appointment. Deposits may be needed for selective hair ranges. All Saturday appointments, refits or new sets may be asked to leave a deposit due to high demand. This includes all dates in December. Please book far in advance to avoid missing your refits.
Not attending a fitting appointment (no show) or giving less than 48 hours notice of not being able to attend will result in a £25 non-refundable fee being added to your next
appointment.
We allow clients to rearrange an appointment once for free, any further movement of dates would require a deposit for further bookings that would be none refundable if not
attended .
